​How Do I Place An Order?
​
Go to the Shop and select the product you wish to purchase. Check the size of the product corresponds to the diameter of your waste bin.

To place a product in your shopping cart, select the quantity, then click the "ADD TO CART" button. Your cart will then be displayed and you can access it by clicking on "VIEW CART"
​
You can also access your cart by clicking the shopping cart icon in the upper right corner of your screen. Items added to the shopping cart are not reserved until you proceed to checkout.

When you're ready to complete your order, be sure to review all of the items in your shopping cart. Click "REMOVE ITEM" if you want to remove any products in your cart. Click "CHECKOUT" when you're ready to purchase your order.
Secure Ordering & Payment Options

An email address is required to place the order online. The checkout process contains three easy steps: shipping, payment and order preview.

Please double check your shipping information prior to submitting your order. For your protection, the shipping address cannot be changed once the order has been submitted.

You can purchase your order using a credit or debit card (Visa, MasterCard, American Express),

When using a credit card, enter your name in the order entry form exactly as it appears on your card. Fill out your credit card billing address as it appears on your credit card statement.

Be sure to review all of the information you provided, and make any necessary changes before clicking "PLACE ORDER". After placing your order, an order confirmation page with your order number will appear. You will also receive an order confirmation email and shipping confirmation email with tracking information.
Credit cards are charged when the order is placed.
Shipping
At Goodboy Innovations, we dispatch all items within two days of receiving your order. We've chosen the Royal Mail to dispatch our deliveries. They aim to deliver your parcel by the third working day.

Returns & Refunds
Returns are easy! You just need to email us at info@goodboyinnovations.com. You must return or exchange within 21 days of receiving your order. Merchandise must be returned in its original, unused condition and packaging included. Unfortunately, we are not able to accept returns that do not meet these requirements. We do not accept responsibility for the expense of returning the product.
Once your return has been received and inspected we will issue a refund or process an exchange based on your selection.
Privacy Policy
We use the information we collect or receive, such as your email address, to communicate directly with you. We may send you emails containing newsletters, promotions, and special offers. If you do not want to receive such email messages, you will be given the option to opt out or change your preferences. We also use your information to send you Service-related emails (e.g., purchase and billing confirmations and reminders, changes/updates to features of the Service, technical and security notices). You may not opt out of Service-related emails.

How to care for your Goodboy Mat
Our Goodboy Mats are made from durable EPDM which is resistant to most household solvents. The mats are wipe-clean with a mild detergent, but are also machine washable on a delicates cycle with a slow spin.
